2. What data is processed and why

This website has no contact forms, booking system, or visitor analytics. The only personal data processed is what you voluntarily provide when you get in touch by email, phone or WhatsApp (for example, your name, phone number, and the information needed to manage your attendance at classes). That data is used exclusively to:

Respond to your enquiries.
Manage your enrolment and attendance at yoga classes.
Maintain the contact necessary to provide the service (schedule, changes, occasional notices).

3. Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on your consent, given when you initiate contact (art. 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), and, where applicable, on the performance of pre-contractual measures or of the contract for the provision of yoga class services (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

4. Data retention

Your data will be kept for as long as you remain a student, or until you request its deletion, and afterwards, where applicable, for the periods legally required to address any potential liabilities (for example, tax obligations).

5. Recipients and data transfers

Data is not shared with third parties, except where legally required. Data is not used to build profiles or for advertising purposes.

6. Third-party services embedded on the site

This site includes content hosted by third parties on a few pages:

Google Maps (Google LLC), on the schedule page, to show the studio's location.
YouTube (Google LLC), on the "Films that breathe like yoga" page, to play film trailers.
Spotify (Spotify AB), on the "Playlist" page, to play music playlists.

The Google Maps map and the Spotify players load automatically when you visit those pages. YouTube trailers, on the other hand, only load if you choose to press the "Load trailer" button. Whenever any of these services loads, the relevant provider may install its own cookies or similar technologies, in accordance with its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of Google and Spotify.

This website also loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves a connection to Google's servers to download them (without this installing any cookies).

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by writing to hola@yogagrund.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and providing a copy of an identity document.

If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
